"Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world."

Yes, I am a girl. A girl who happens to be in love...with S H O E S! I do love every part of fashion, but I believe that shoes are what make the outfit (: I'll probably have more than one post on the topic, but I thought that it would only be appropriate that I get a head start on it! I have many favorite shoe designers, but the one who tops the list is: CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN. If you are clueless about who this man is, GOOGLE HIM! He is based out of Paris, France, with stores all over the world. His designs are amazing; quite pieces of art. Many celebrities, such as Katy Perry, Rihanna, Oprah, and Halle Berry wear them and I will be in a few years (: My dad is always asking if I want him to buy me a pair, but I always told him that I wanted to be able to say, "I bought my very first pair of Louboutins." They are most known as the shoe with the red sole and the high price, sometimes as high as $1400. Although you mostly see his pumps and boots displayed (which are my fave), he also creates flats and kitten heels. Despite the height on his shoes, celebrities have said that they are very comfortable. In the past 2-3 years, I have read he has made a 8 inch heel! Mind bloggling isn't it!? I told my mom that one day I am going to call her out of the blue and tell her to pack her bags for a month because we're going to Paris! Yes, I could buy them in New York, California, Las Vegas, even right in Troy, Michigan...but I want to buy my first pair where they originated. Yes...I do have high expectations of this (: Why don't you take a look at a few of his creations. You may be inspired to buy a pair yourself!

God Bless,
xoxo Tori (:

IN LOVE with the bow on the back (:

A blog...huh?

Hello all! Since my life has become a never ending roller coaster ride, I have decided to share it with you (: People who know me know that I am the busy type of a person, who always is busy, who likes to stay busy, and doesn't know anything else but busy. I am very involved with my community, church, and school, having a GIANT heart for volunteering, pageantry, modeling, acting, and fashion. I am currently a sophomore at Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana where I am majoring in fashion merchandising and double minoring in marketing and dance. Yes, that is my fourth major thus far, while studying at BSU...typical freshman year, huh? (: I JUST crowned my successor as National American Miss Michigan Teen 2010 and am now getting ready for the National Pageant for my other title as Miss Sparkle Success Michigan 2011 - 2012. Super exciting!! In addition to my pageantry life, I also work as a Performing Arts Instructor for a summer program my hometown is having, entitled A.S.P.I.R.E. This summer, working with these kids, has been A M A Z I N G. I have been dancing since I was the age of 9, mostly of the modern and lyrical dance style, most recently adding to the list hip hop, ballet, and jazz. I have never been to a formal dance school which may have some people confused as I have taught myself the ins and outs. Despite this, I am planning to take classes other than the ones I have at BSU so far. Whelp, I think this about sums up my first post. I hope you are looking forward to reading about my BUSY life!

God Bless,
xoxo Tori (:
